What counts as an active customer?
A customer who has recorded at least one visit in the past twelve months. Someone who joined and never came back stops counting after a year, so a plan is never priced on a list that has gone quiet.

Is Myndel really free right now?
Yes. During early access, every shop gets every feature currently available in Myndel for free — no credit card, no trial period, no time limit. Paid plans arrive later, and pricing doesn’t change for you without at least 60 days notice.
What happens when paid plans launch?
The plans on this page are what launch will look like: Free for up to 150 active customers, Pro at €15/month for up to 1,000, and Enterprise for multiple locations. Founding partners get at least 60 days’ notice — the terms of use commit to that — and we intend a fair introductory rate on top of it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create your shop and start stamping without entering any payment details. Early access is free for every shop.
What is included in the Free plan at launch?
Up to 150 active customers, one user account and one shop, digital loyalty cards with QR registration, automatic progress and reward emails, at-risk customers flagged on your dashboard, basic analytics, GDPR consent management, and your own branding and colours.
What does Pro add?
Pro (€15/month at launch) raises the limit to 1,000 active customers and adds multiple team accounts, automatic birthday and win-back campaigns (planned), and advanced analytics.
